Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Bedoviq reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment verification issues
• Pricing errors
• Product availability
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Customers will receive a full refund if Bedoviq cancels an order before shipment.
